Small Town Living Ezine

   I just found a GREAT online magazine Small Town Living with great content!!  The June/July 2007 issue is available and astounding!  I am so tempted to get a backyard flock and a mini cow it's not even funny!

Is there anyone in Maine with mini cows? or a backyard flock of chickens or geese?  I would really like to get moving on getting some chickens but I'm too scared of the work and possibly expense involved, any advice or references would be great... can I start geese and let them go for the winter?
